Hot water is flowing from the cold tank overflow intermittently. The hot water tank is a duo tank with the cold water tank sitting on the hot water tank as one unit. the system is heated by oil. I have replaced the hot water tank thermostat and the boiler thermostsat appears to be opertaing correctly - any ideas?
