You need to replace the pressure to 1.5 bars when you bleed the rads, the cold rads maybe a result of the pressure loss. Seek the help of a heating engineer if not confident in doing this.

My worscester combi boiler leaks underneath and has no pressure. its 13 years old. a couple of rads are cold in the middle. bleeding them doesnt help.
