I've recently purchased a 1 bed, top floor (loft conversion) flat in a Victorian terraced house. There's a nice and large living space / kitchen area. However the boiler is in the middle of side wall with a large cabinet and it doesn't leave much choice on how to re-arrange the room.
I was wondering... is there any building regulation that stops me to move it in one the eaves storages? Can the exhaust pipe go up vertically into and through the roof? Can the lease be problem (it's a share of freehold and that area is demised as storage space). The current boiler is a Worcester 28junior.
Many thanks
