George You would have to use a bike tyre pump with a gauge on it, firstly check the set pressure which is wrote on side of expansion vessel usually 1.5bar then screw off cap at top of vessel and attach pump is should give you a pressure reading then just pump up to temperature required, depending on how technical you are it may be better getting an engineer to do it Cheers William
