Hi Hope you can help
Approx 18 months ago I had 2 x Ambient Air Convection Heater Thermostats (ND20-43) fitted by a local electrician and one of them has stopped working. I have checked the fuse and battery the control panel has no lights at all and no heat. Can these units be fixed or do I need a replacement. Do I request a quote from an electrician or heating engineer?
