Hi Sophie it sounds like your rad needs venting You do this by opening the vent slowly at the top of the rad with a vent key you will hear air then you will get water when this happens turn the vent off If you have a Combi boiler or a sealed heating system once you have vented the rad you may have to top up the system to bring it back up to pressure it’s best to carry out all these processes when the heating is off
