Boiler & Radiators

Posted by Natalie Tomkins-Collins, on
Hi, We are purchasing a house which has a hot water tank boiler and older single panel radiators. I would like to replace the boiler with a combi plus replace all the radiators. 7 in Total. How much on average should we be budgeting to pay? We are in Sandhurst, Berkshire.

If you tally up the materials needed, you need id say 18KW boiler, 7 radiators ( average P+ ) of the size you require, lockshield and TRV valve for each radiator, room stat to control heating, copper pipe and fittings to alter any pipework. Materials - £2000 roughly Labour - £200-300 per day depending on the gas engineer / installer 3 days to fully install and test, I’d total it about £2600 Hope this give you an outline of what you need to budget for
