I rent a property and the heating is run by the radiator valves, this makes it really hot. Can i use a wireless thermostat to control the whole house? Would i need to change all the valves on radiators to do this?

No need to replace the TRV’s if you get an external programmable room thermostat, there are a few wireless products on the market that are easy to install.
