Underfloor Heating

Had a new boiler fitted in April this year since day one we have had problems with the hot water at times no hot water, two rooms not heating up, Help link fitted the boiler, had them out four times now , they now say they will not be responsible for underfloor heating only the boiler witch is working ok, the plumber that came said there was air locks in the water tank, he bled the tank and now the hot water is ok, but two main rooms downstairs will not heat the rooms please can you help Brenda Scarborough
