BOILER SUPPLY AND REPLACING & REPLACING 12 RADIATORS ALSO

Thankyou for viewing this job post. This unfurnished 3 bedroom semi-detached property in Halifax, Shelf, HX3, requires the current Ideal HE24 boiler replacing. Id preferable like a 28w or 30w combi-boiler providing and installing. I believe the copper pipes currently supplying the central heating system are 22mm. Id like approximately 12 radiators replacing. I can provide the radiators. PLEASE NOTE* The flooring will be removed for clear access to pipework, both upstairs and downstairs. The pipework must be hidden behind the radiators rather than visible through the floors. Pipework must be copper. I have already been quoted £2200 for this job from a company called "Basi Plumbers" in Bradford. A very reputable company. Basi have quoted me £2200 for the following: Vaillant pro 30 Boiler, Nest System (for mobile app control) A system Filter, A Wireless programmer, A Flush System, Swapping 12 radiators and valves with 10 YEAR WARRANTY (I supply the radiators). I want a cheaper quote as many other specialists have quoted me cheaper for the same job, however I want to use a rated person from the Rated People website. Nobody is living at the property, so access will be clear and unobstructed. Happy Days :)
