I am currently looking to buy a flat with storage heaters, I have seen I can purchase new ones more efficient WiFi etc, but in one of the cupboards there is a big water tank to heat the water do I need this or can I just get a new boiler that automatically heats the water?? THERE IS NO GAS ITS ALL ELECTRIC
