Radiator Placement

In my kitchen, the radiator is currently a horizontal one mounted under a bench. I plan to put cupboards on this wall for extra storage. Would it be OK to put a vertical radiator between the cupboards? Like this Unit with F/F, FTC STORAGE.STORAGE, RADIATOR, FTC STORAGE. FTC - Floor to ceiling What is the minimum amount of space required between the radiator and the units?
