Oil Combi Boiler

We are looking to get our current boiler replaced with a combi boiler but have been told by some engineers this isn't a good idea for oil as combi don't work as well. Please advise. We are a 3 bedroom semi detached house, 2 bathrooms, 10 radiators. thanks
