Why does the red light stay on i have no heating or water

Hi Susan We will need more info to give better advice. i.e make and model of the boiler, type of boiler (combi, system boiler or conventional). Normally a red light means there is a fault. Maybe boiler lockout due to low pressure within the system or an actual fault with the boiler. You can sometimes look up common faults with your boiler by doing a google search. Just enter the make and model of the boiler saying red light remains on. Something is bound to be mentioned in one of the forum chat rooms. Hope this helps. Sam (eps)

Hi Susan Please check fitst if there is a water in a system. You should have a watet gauge and arrow ahould be on 1 bar at least. I hope this will help Regards Rafal
