Hi Jason Due to how hard quartz is it makes repairing hard and sometimes impossible in that the end result is not going to be perfect. Scratches: as with granite and marble the scratches need to be polished out using specialist tools. The problem is that hand polishing it's very hard or get to the same level of polish as when slabs leave factory machine polished. It takes many hours by someone skilled so cost is usually prohibitive. There are specialist repair kits used by some masons but there effectiveness depends on the colour of the quartz as works better for some colours. Chips: if not too big and on edges they can be polished out fairly easily on site. it does create a lot of dust though. Chips on face of worktops need to be filled in and repolished. Again effectiveness depends on colour. Your best bet is to take a photo and send to fabricators to get an expert opinion due to the different factors mentioned above. Hope that helps. If you like send me a photo and will give you some specific advice. :)
