Hi Gary there are a couple of options open to you. Cutting a section of the plasterboard out at unit fixing point and sure up the partition with timber cross bearers (noggins) will ensure a sound fix. However this can be quite involved and generally a plasterboard plug and bolt (fischer brand) would generally suffice provided the units are fixed to each other and bracketed at both top and bottom of wall units.
