Kitchen Worktop Replacement

Posted by Bill McIntyre, on
Hi, I have a water damaged kitchen worktop (65cm x 4 cm x 258 cm) that needs replacing, together with the sink and broken tap. What's the best way to go about this? Should I source the worktop and sink/tap, and then post the job for the actual cutting of the word and fitting? My preference would be for a specialist to come and have a look, measure up, make a few suggestions on what we should get and make an estimate for the whole job - but when I posted that the job went unsold on here. It would also be great to get an idea of how long a replacement like this would take? We have a child under a year old, so the kitchen is in pretty much constant use, and it would be great to understand how long we should be looking at it being out of commission for. Advice gratefully received as I am keen to get this done as soon as possible. Thanks in advance. Bill

Dear Bill I would recomend to post a job on main website because some of a job needs to be seen before any advice is given. Our service is free of charge with no obligation quote and our tradesmans are happy to help with every aspects of jobs. When you post a job on Rated People home page then 3 companies will get in touch then you would be able to choose the right person as you would receive an e mail with a link to tradesman account where you would see a pictures and you will read revious from previous customers. I hope this will help Best regards Rafal
