Removal is not such an issue except for the granite - if there are wall tiles abutting the granite work surface then this will be time consuming to ensure no damage occurs on removal. Additionally removing any silicone from where it has been originally fitted. The weight of the granite would be substantial and would probably need 3/4 men minimum to lift bearing in mind max lift per person! If there is a gas appliance (hob) in the work surface this would need to be permanently capped off by a gas safe engineer. However the biggest issue would be transportation assuming you were keeping everything assembled for ease of re-installation. You are probably better to look at a removal company for transportation (judging the present content) to safeguard against damage. As for re-installation at the other property it would all be dependant as to location of services (gas, water, waste) as to how difficult the installation would be, assuming the areas are comparable? If not you would need to employ the services of a granite fitter/stone mason to re-cut and polish worktop lengths. Otherwise all other works could be undertaken by a kitchen fitter. In likelihood the cost would probably outweigh buying a new kitchen and a more modest worktop! I hope this is of some help regards Paul - Cocina Carpentry Banstead.
