Replacement cooker - adjustments needed

Replacing gas cooker with dual fuel cooker need old 50cm gas cooker removed, worktop trimmed either side and 60cm dual fuel (gas hob, electric oven) fitted + electrics checked (?new amp switch required). who should i ask?
