I would like to have a straight replacement for our exisiting worktop and gas hob below the cooker hood which is plastered (like a chimney) and is 690cm from worktop to hood.
Will this all have to be ripped out now to meet the new minimum distance of 750cm or is this considered a like for like replacement.
