Hi Oliver, 1. Not at all. You can choose to hire one of the tradespeople who contacted you or you can choose to reject all three. You're under no obligation to hire a tradesperson by posting a job. 2. Yes, you can cancel a job at any time. If three tradespeople express interest in their job, it will be cancelled so no further tradespeople contact you. It will also be cancelled after 3 working days in our system. If you're within the 3 working day window and wish to cancel, you can do this by logging in to your free account from the top of our homepage and selecting ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation.
