Kitchen refurbishment

I have never replaced a kitchen. Mine has some original Edwardian features I'd like to keep. It also needs work like plastering, holes filled in around gas pipes going into the ceiling. I also want new floor tiles. Can you advise me if the kitchen specialist websites or people like B&Q or Wickes do the complete package or do I have to worry about getting different tradespeople in?
