Job refund

Hi there Sussex coast carpentry have bought a lead that i advertised. I have however found someone to do the job before they bought the lead. Could you please refund them the lead cost. I had not removed the lead in time.

Hi Mike, Thank you for letting us know. A tradesperson can request a credit through there account. You may get an email asking to confirm that they were unable to quote. If you could just respond to this accordingly, they'll get their credit back. Thanks, Josh Ask an expert team
