Hi Graeme, You can read all the details of the lead before you buy it, which should hopefully give you enough info to make a decision. If you decide to buy it, the only additional info you'll get will be contact details for the homeowner. Once you've bought a lead, you won't be able to see the 'reject' button. If you don't like the look of a lead, you can use the 'reject' button to remove it from your leads list. We'll also ask for some feedback on why you rejected it - we collect this feedback from lots of different jobs, and then use it to help homeowners make their job posts as good as they can be. If you buy a lead and the homeowner doesn't give you a chance to quote, it's possible to ask for the credit back to spend on other leads - you can see all the details here: ratedpeople.com/c/tradespeople/lead-credit-request-policy Thanks, John
