Fridge-freezer wont re-frost! Is this worth fixing?

1 year old Fridgemaster MUR4892 Fridge with Ice Box (icebox is inside the actual fridge)
Tenant reported that ice built up in ice box, so ice box door didnt shut for a few days. Tenant left it for a while and failed to de-frost ice box.
Fridge-freezer automatically started to defrost and since then won't re-frost and the fridge part of the appliance won't go proper cold.
Is this worth fixing?
