Hi Nikhil, That's a very good question! Although, Ask an Expert is our forum for homeowners can ask questions about their home improvement or DIY projects, we're more than happy to share our knowledge of chip making with you! If you're looking to make the best chips I think it depends on the cooker your using. I'd suggest cutting the potato in 1/2in x 1/2in slices, drizzle a little olive oil, sprinkle some garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley and salt, and put in it the oven at about 200 C for 30-45min!
