Moving kitchen from upstairs to downstairs

Hi, considering a house that currently has the kitchen upstairs and bedrooms downstairs (has great views from first floor). Its sat on the market a long time, (guessing most families want kitchen/living/downstairs on ground level onto garden).
So what would costs be for either moving the kitchen to one of the rooms downstairs (there is a bathroom down there already) or alternatively installing a small kitchen/utilily ?
