What type of Tradesman to fit perspex splashback in kitchen?

Hi There, sorry I dont know what type of Tradesman would fit clear perspex in a kitchen - needs holes cut within it for 2 double-plug sockets to fit into, cutting to size and securely fixing to the wall. Would this job really need a 'Kitchen Specialist'? Thank you and sorry if answer is obvious.
