Best order for kitchen renovation

Posted by Lorna , on
I need an existing fitted kitchen removed, and a new one installed, but there is also some carpentry work required to create a tall cabinet where the old water tank was (there's a gap in the ceiling), as well as possibly some plastering work or at least new lining paper for the walls. Should I rip out the kitchen and get someone to deal with the walls before fitting the new kitchen? I want to get quotes for it, but I'm not sure what the best order. or how many tradespeople I'll need. Would 'kitchen refurbishment' cover all of the above? Thanks in advance.
