I hire MLS Kitchen fitters via Rated People to kit out my Kitchen in Manchester and he quoted me £4300 and I made half payment upfront and made the final payment upon completion.
I made an unthinkable mistake of not asking for an invoice before the final payment was made.
While I have no complaints on the work done, I need the invoice for both fiscal and accounting purposes and he has refused to give me an invoice as I have made the payment.
He has given me all sorts of reasons why he couldn't give me an invoice ranging from the account department issue, the computer not working etc. Now he is not even responding to my email, text or voice calls.
Would anyone know how I could complain or even who to complain to at Rated People to make MLS Kitchen give me an invoice?
