Door panel fitting for Zug integrated refrigerator

Posted by Tim , on
I need to remove and reinstall a wooden door panel that is fitted directly to the door of a Zug refrigerator (in order to fit a new door handle). I'm a little uncertain about this as the fittings involved look rather more complex than I might have anticipated! There are essentially four brackets on the inside of the wooden door panel and there are three holes behind the refrigerator door seal aligned with each bracket. The top hole contains a screw fitting which appears to end in a metal disk which seems to grip the bracket and hold the door panel in place. The middle hole contains a further screw fitting which appears to press on to the bracket and similarly help to hold the door panel in place. The bottom hole seems simply to have some kind of plastic lug which sits below the bracket on the door panel - possibly (at a guess) to help initially align the panel prior to fixing in place. Has anybody seen fittings of this nature? If I were a braver man I'd simply unscrew everything and try to understand it better once the panel was removed, but I don't want to remove the panel and then find that it is beyond my limited skills to reinstall it with proper alignment etc.
