Provide and install replacement kitchen ceiling lights

We have two long strip lights on our kitchen ceiling. One has now completely fallen down and the other is coming away from the ceiling. We need a replacement as a whole for kitchen lighting. However, I'm not at all committed to sticking with the same type. I've also found it incredibly difficult to source my own light fittings for this style of light online. So, I'd like advice, recommendations, purchase AND installation of suitable kitchen light fittings. I do not want to deal with the hassle of purchasing myself, even if that comes at a bit of a premium to have the supplier source it. I'd prefer something that looks nice - more than just a really basic budget light fitting. But, also not costing the earth. A good middle ground!
