Complain

The Rated People Team I first used your service to find an "expert" to fix my oven at 2nd August. The guy name Zohaib Talib from Top Freeze Ltd. Who came to inspect my oven for few minutes. And told me I need to change one of the component of my oven. And he showed up at 4th August, and changed the component, and I paid the 280 pound totally. He told me I got 6 months guarantee. But the next day(3rd August) the same problem found again. And then I told him, But he never appeared, and I called him few times, and he asked another guy came to inspect at 9th August. And the new guy found the real problem. The guy told me Zohaib would deal with it. However, until that time, he never contact me. I waited day by day, finally I text him at 22nd August. He said he would come at 28th August. But at 28 August he still didn't show up. I called him, he said he would come at 29 of August. But he also didn't show up today. What can I do for it? This is a very bad experience, I use your service the first time. Hope you can tell me what can I do? My oven is still waiting for fixing, it's nearly one month already. Thanks. Regards Fletcher Chan
