Complete refurb of 3 bed house

I am in the process of buying a house, which needs fully refurbishing. Our plans include moving the bathroom from downstairs to upstairs (currently third bedroom) converting the loft to make a 3rd bedroom and to make an 'arch' in an internal supporting wall downstairs to have open plan living/dining room. What's the best way to approach this for all building regs/planning etc?

Hi Kelly. You could approach an architect who will do the plans for the loft conversion and all the other structural areas. Most good builders work with architects. So that's another option.
