Plasterer did not clean up excess plaster, as a result I'm stuck with it all over my new PVC door and window. How can I get it off? Solvent doesn't seem to work

He should have put masking tape up first. Always a pain to get off but just got to get a scraper or the plasterers trowel and keep going at it! After that WD40 is good to clean up
