Hello Charles, depending from where is water is coming from, what I means is, does the water come from the roof or the from the walls only. If the water is from the roof and soaking the walls please check that the gutter are clean and the roof tile at the end where it meets the gutter line are secured well and there is no gap in between the tile and gutter. If the walls are wet, check the outside walls of any cracks or damages.
