What costs and timescale can I expect to have my frontroom (16 by 13 ft) and hallway (10 by 4 ft) plastered (skimmed)?
Is it difficult or expensive to plaster over artex?, as I have it on my frontroom ceiling but am not sure if I want it done aswel or just the walls.
