Removing wood chip wallpaper from ceilings and walls and replastering

I'm pretty certain the walls and ceilings will need replastering once the wood chip paper is removed, so who would I get to remove the paper? Would a plasterer do it or would I need to employ a decorator as well? Is a decorator likely to take on such a job if there's no 'decoration' involved? I understand removing the paper is a horrendous job, is it likely to take days (two rooms plus landing ceiling) and so be very costly?
