Plasterer/Renderer or an Exterior Painter & Decorator?

About 25 years ago the gable end wall of my 1930’s 4 bed semi was underpinned due to a collapsed drain.
As part of the reinstatement the exterior brickwork on whole of the gable wall was rendered in what I believe is known as ‘Tyrolean’ render. Similarly the lower half of the brickwork on the return of the rear wall was also finished in this way.
In places, this render is now displaying some cracking, which we have established professionally is not a cause for concern, and can be repaired as part of a normal redecoration.
We want these cracks made good, and the whole gable wall and return re-decorated. So my question is this -
Do I need a Plasterer/Renderer for this work or an Exterior Painter & Decorator?
