Hi John, Tradesmen without ratings have most likely just joined Rated People and are therefore incentivised to do a high quality job to secure that first rating to win future work. Good tradesmen should have portfolios of previous work and their profile pages should also make reference to any relevant qualifications. As Rafal suggests, I would recommend that you check their profile for this information and ask them for customer references prior to joining Rated People if there aren't any displayed on their profile. Hi, the company has no rating from customer no problem, ask the company to give you a list of customers they have done the job so that you can call them and inspect the work by yourself or place an advert in Rated People,s website to get profession and honest tradesmen.

Hi John I would be aware of using someone who has no at least 20 possitive feedback for a large project. Please do contact them to proof experience and show you some photos from previous jobs what they are going to quote for. Please do check my website to see what it should be like. Regards Rafal
