Hi Stuart, A tradesman can send you an emailed prompt to leave a rating. If you have this email, you can rate your tradesman by clicking on the tradesman/company name in the email and following the instructions from here. Alternatively (as Rafal refers to), you can log in to your account or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app. This is the quickest way to rate if you haven't received the email. After you've logged in, you'll need to select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted through Rated People, select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesman who completed the work.
