Hello Collette, This sounds like its the mortar (pointing)on the outside wall, it often looks like the windows are leaking, when its actually a pointing issue. Regards Sam

When it rains heavily my windows leak from above ,but it looks like water is comming from the plaster and not the window .Which service do I need to help me with this problem a plastere or a window service.
