Metal frame suspended ceiling

Is there anyone with experience of suspended ceilings? I have a new build with beam & block floors that will require a suspended ceiling to ensure an even level and to accomodate services. Only a 100mm drop required, but I have over 200 sqm to cover so a metal framework is required with plasterboard finish. Preference is to find a team local to St Albans that can get the job done quicker than one or two guys. How long approximately would 100sqm take to do?
