Can the wall painted with moisture resistance paint be plastered over?

Yes you can it needs to be pva first

Yes you can but you will need to paint blue or green grit on wall 24 hours before plastering you can get from b&Q G. Branch plastering

Yes, you can plaster over virtually anything, even tiles. The one thing that can't be plastered over is wallpaper.
