I have papered walls and ceilings. Should I use lining paper or Plaster. Which option looks better.

Best to Plaster, then walls/ceiling can be painted, gives you a better surface

Hi Dhiru, I would stripped the wall paper down and I will skim plaster on the walls, this is the best way if you want to protect your house. Ps: It will cost you more money as well. Best regards Tudor Construction Services Ltd
