Plaster damage after water overspill

Bubbled up plaster in downstairs cupboard after bath above overflowed. Is a re skim on plaster all that is required? No rot

Hi there,I would recommend to you to replace that plasterboard and after re skim it. The reason why I am saying this is because the plaster is heavy and once the plasterboard is getting wet,it's getting weak around the screws that is keeping the plasterboard,and when we skim it,it might come down.
