What is the best way to remove old artex from the walls (stairs and landing)?

Either overboard ,or cheaper PVA AND SKIM, Not a problem to a qualified plasterer Dave DS Plasterers [Halifax ]

Hi Karen Artex can be overboarded then plastered or just plaster over easy for qualified plasterer Regards Rafal

Hi Karen you can try wallpaper stripper but very messy , otherwise can be plastered over quite easily G, branch plastering
