I have a 3 bed semi detachd ex Athourity property where the render is blown in some places. (Mainly the front of the house as this gets the worst of the weather). It was indentified as I was looking at getting cavity wall insulation. Depending on figure I'm considering either the whole house or just the front. I'm wondering what the main things to consider are and how much I should save....is it also a thermal layer under building regs which I've heard?
