Applying fake bricks panels and then mounting hanging cabinets

I need to apply fake bricks panels on the wall
and then I need to install a media wall unit with hanging cabinets and shelves
What should I do first the panels and then the cabinets or do install the cabinets and then do the wall?
who could be doing this?
The wall is partly made of plaster with some real wall columns hidden beind (new built flat) so mounting the cabinets onto the wall could be tricky.
