There is a crack in the ceiling running in a straight line. it has come loose from the ceiling 1-2mm.
Can this be repaired or does it need coming down and replaced?
Would a plasterer remove existing tiles and some sort of border on the walls before skimming or plastering?
and would they just add more plaster to the walls or would they remove the last plaster. This is important where the bath will be to make sure it can fit into the space available.
